Orders for in-stock items are processed within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Most orders deliver within 5–7 business days after shipping. Large or oversized items are shipped via LTL freight — exact delivery time depends on your location.
Shipping is a flat rate based on the total weight of your order (Lower 48): $79 parcel up to 150 lb, $399 LTL freight 150–500 lb, $549 for 500–1,000 lb and $699 for 1,000–2,000 lb, curbside delivery. Grandio Greenhouses and Redline Systems products ship free. Orders over 2,000 lb: contact us for a quote.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging. Contact us before shipping any returns.
