Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories included
  • Free of any signs of wear, dirt, or field use

Items that are missing parts, packaging, or that show signs of use cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, follow these three steps:

  1. Email sales@farmsuppliez.com with your order number and the reason for the return, or call us at +1 (307) 417-6686 during customer service hours.
  2. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the exact ship-back address for your item within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address we provide within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

Please do not ship items back without a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns (parcel items): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Estimated cost typically ranges from $10 to $40 depending on size, weight, and your location.
  • Change-of-mind returns (LTL freight items): because freight return shipping requires a carrier account and bill of lading, Farm Suppliez will arrange a prepaid return label on your behalf. The actual label cost (typically $150 to $400 depending on the item and origin) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items (our fault): Farm Suppliez covers all return shipping costs. You will not pay anything to send the item back.

Restocking Fees

Farm Suppliez does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return at the warehouse, we inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow your bank or card issuer an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account, depending on the institution.

Return Processing Time

We process all returns within 2 business days of receipt at the warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received and again when your refund has been issued.

Refund of Original Shipping Charges

For change-of-mind returns, the original outbound shipping you paid at checkout is non-refundable. We refund the product cost only.

If your return is due to a Farm Suppliez error (damaged item, defective product, wrong item shipped, or missing parts), we refund both the product cost and the original outbound shipping in full.

Partial Returns

If you return only part of a multi-item order, you will be refunded the product cost of the returned item or items only. Original shipping charges are not refunded proportionally on partial returns unless the return is due to a Farm Suppliez error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the issue:

  • LTL freight shipments: within 48 hours of delivery. You must also note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing it (see Shipping Policy for details).
  • Parcel shipments: within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Wrong or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong product, or if items are missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct or missing items at no charge, or issue a full refund of the affected items, including any return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • In-stock items: you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, or before the order has shipped, whichever comes first. Once an in-stock order has shipped, it falls under the standard return procedure above.
  • Built-to-order items: you may cancel at any time before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled and the item is non-returnable.

Exchanges

Farm Suppliez does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, model, or product, please:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item on our website.

This keeps the process clean and ensures the new item ships to you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built or built-to-order products once production has started
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way
  • Items returned without their original packaging or with missing parts
  • Final Sale or Clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
  • Gift cards

International Returns

Farm Suppliez ships and accepts returns to and from the contiguous United States (Lower 48) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, and we cannot accept international returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the time frame above, please:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again, including the original card used for the purchase.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It can take several business days for a refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is reflected.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
