How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items, orders are processed within 48 hours and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. If a product is out of stock, call us at (307) 417-6686 to get an estimated delivery date. Products marked 'Built to Order' are manufactured after you place your order, which usually takes 4–6 weeks. Learn more about our shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Please contact us before shipping anything back. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
