Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under U.S. law to place an order on farmsuppliez.com. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at sales@farmsuppliez.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices on the Site. However, errors do occur. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until your order is accepted. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout.
Pricing and Inventory Errors
If we discover an error in the price, description, or stock availability of an item after you have placed an order, Farm Suppliez reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the affected order before shipment, even if your payment has already been processed. We will contact you by email if this happens and you will not be charged.
Orders and Order Acceptance
By placing an order on the Site you are making an offer to purchase a product. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. Farm Suppliez reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason, including (but not limited to) product unavailability, pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with original packaging. Built-to-order items, used items, and Final Sale or Clearance items are not returnable. For full details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
Payment
Accepted payment methods, charge timing, sales tax, and payment security are described in our Payment Policy. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize Farm Suppliez to charge the full order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.
Product Use and Safety
Many products sold on farmsuppliez.com are designed for agricultural, commercial, or industrial use. You are solely responsible for using each product safely, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Farm Suppliez does not provide installation or operating advice and is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, or installation of a product.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Products sold on the Site are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if any). Warranty terms vary by product and brand and are provided in the documentation included with your purchase or available on the manufacturer’s website. All content on farmsuppliez.com, including the “Farm Suppliez” name and logo, text, images, graphics, page layouts, and design, is owned by 171088 LLC, our suppliers, or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any user accounts.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Farm Suppliez, 171088 LLC, or any of our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, property damage, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or your use of the Site shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Farm Suppliez, 171088 LLC, and our officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site or any product purchased from us, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the binding arbitration agreement below, the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased from Farm Suppliez (a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may pursue claims in small-claims court if your claim qualifies. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or at another location agreed by the parties, and may be conducted by phone or video. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. You and Farm Suppliez agree that any Dispute shall be brought in your or our individual capacity only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by emailing sales@farmsuppliez.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of your first purchase. Your email must include your full name, mailing address, and order number. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
