Shipping Coverage
Farm Suppliez ships to the contiguous United States (Lower 48) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or international destinations.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the carrier, and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost is shown before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees added after checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). In-stock orders are handed to the carrier within 48 hours of order placement.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Transit Times
Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days for most destinations in the Lower 48. Transit times vary slightly by carrier, product size, and destination. The estimated delivery window for your specific order will be shown at checkout and on your shipment confirmation email.
Built-to-Order Items
Some products on our store are built to order. The standard production lead time for built-to-order items is 4 to 6 weeks before the item ships. If production is expected to take longer than 6 weeks for any reason, Farm Suppliez will contact you directly with an updated timeline.
Built-to-order items are clearly marked on the product page. Once production has started, built-to-order items cannot be canceled (see our Refund & Return Policy).
Shipping Methods
The shipping method for your order is determined by the size and weight of the product, and is shown at checkout:
- Parcel (UPS or FedEx Ground): small to medium items, parts, and accessories.
- LTL freight: large equipment, attachments, and oversized items that exceed parcel limits.
LTL Freight Deliveries
Large items are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. For freight deliveries, please be aware of the following:
- The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please respond promptly to avoid storage fees.
- Standard freight delivery is curbside or end-of-driveway only. The driver is not required to bring the item onto your property.
- Additional services may be available at extra cost. Typical fees include:
- Liftgate service (truck lowers the item to the ground): approximately $75 to $150
- Residential delivery surcharge: approximately $85 to $120
- Delivery appointment scheduling: varies by carrier
- If any of these services are required for your address, we will quote the additional cost to you in advance and only charge after you approve.
Freight Inspection (Important)
You must inspect every freight shipment before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). If the packaging shows any damage:
- Note the damage in writing on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item if possible.

If you sign the delivery receipt as “clear” without noting damage, the carrier will not honor a freight claim and we may not be able to replace or refund the item. This is a carrier requirement, not a Farm Suppliez policy.
Damaged Parcel Shipments
If a parcel shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Missing Shipments
- Parcel shipments: if your tracking shows delivered but the item has not arrived, or if the package appears stuck in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier trace.
- LTL freight shipments: please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
