Pallet Fork Attachment for John Deere

John Deere Pallet Forks are designed specifically for the lift capacity of the John Deere subcompact tractor line. Because these tractors have limited lift capacity, everything mounted in front of them needs to stay light while remaining durable enough for regular use.

Summary

This unit is designed to maximize the lift capacity of John Deere Series 1, 2, 3, and 4 tractors, keeping weight as close to the loader pivot points as possible for maximum lifting force. The carriage is constructed entirely from 1/4″ A36 steel plate. The hitch mounts are also 1/4″ A36 steel plate and are compatible with John Deere's proprietary quick-tach system. A tie-off point is cut into the side rail of the carriage to help secure loads on the forks or tie the tractor down on a trailer, along with an 8″ tall back stop integrated into the carriage.

About the Forks

Choose from 36″ or 42″ forks. The fork rails are made from 3/8″ plate. They're built to be durable and lightweight to match the lift capacity of the John Deere subcompact and compact tractor line. The forks use a center-load design, so they can't slide off the end of the rail, and are adjustable in width along the rail.

Why Pallet Forks Instead of Clip-On Forks?

Pallet forks are a better option than clip-on bucket forks for moving palletized material or picking up logs. Clip-on forks tend to bend and distort the factory dirt bucket over time, and their lift capacity is limited because the bulk of the weight sits out in front of the bucket.
