When You Are Charged

Sales Tax

Farm Suppliez collects state sales tax on orders shipped to Wyoming, where our business is registered. Sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination ZIP code.

Orders shipped to states other than Wyoming are not charged sales tax at checkout. Customers in those states may be responsible for self-reporting and paying use tax to their state revenue agency in accordance with their state laws.

Payment Security

All payments on farmsuppliez.com are processed through Shopify Payments, which is Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant (the highest level of payment security certification).

Farm Suppliez does not see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor.

Order Verification

For security reasons, some orders may be flagged for additional verification before processing. If your order is flagged, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the order details. Verification typically adds no more than one business day to your processing time.

Farm Suppliez reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified or that we believe to be fraudulent.

Pricing

Prices on the website are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case of a pricing or inventory error, Farm Suppliez reserves the right to cancel and fully refund the affected order before shipment. We will contact you by email if this happens.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@farmsuppliez.com.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined at checkout, please:
