Return Process
If you decide to return the items, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. Please start the process by reaching out to us via email sales@farmsuppliez.com with your order number. We will provide you with all the necessary information. Make sure that the return items are in a new like conditions and with all the original labels and tags attached. You must use the original packaging as well. You are responsible for all the return shipping costs and bear in mind that we charge 25 % restocking fee.
Refund Process
Once your package has arrived, we will thoroughly inspect it. You will receive a notification email once finished and we will refund you within 14 days on the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
Exchanges
Did you change your mind and want to exchange an item? Sure, no problem, just contact our customer support, explain the reason and we will assist you exchanging the item.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item(s) arrive damaged or you receive a wrong items, please take photos of the issue and send it to us along with a brief description to sales@farmsuppliez.com. We are very sorry when this happens, but we will do our best to ensure that you get the right functional item.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us too late, after the order has been processed, we might not be able to cancel the order anymore.
